Governance people can follow.
DAO decisions should be understandable before the vote and verifiable after execution.
Explore proposals, governance members and treasury activity across chains, DAOs and their units. Follow decisions, compare consolidated finances and see which records support each result.

DAO decisions should be understandable before the vote and verifiable after execution.
Bring proposal collaboration, treasury visibility and DAO updates together, then connect them to accountable delivery.
Read mainnet proposals and vote on open NETA Operations proposals if eligible. Shared review runs on UNI-7; native Juno submission and voting remain disabled.
Track NETA Main, Operations, the Juno Community Pool and Delegation Programme, with consolidated views. Accounting starts in October; historical prices and missing coverage are shown explicitly.
Follow DAOs and read mainnet proposal updates in your inbox. Private messaging is in a restricted mainnet pilot; public sending stays disabled until recovery and safety checks are complete.
Register and manage .neta names on Juno through RELAY. The main Neta DAO shows verified staking participation; contributor roles and Delivery remain concepts.
Move between DAO units and their consolidated overview. Treasury balances include available assets, delegated stake and claimable rewards where supported.
Reconstructed Juno tax allocations now appear in Treasury events and income, with block references and historical daily USD values. Collection resumes automatically.
Delegation Programme rewards are recorded daily from the first saved baseline on 6 October. Claims do not add revenue again; earlier October rewards remain unavailable.
Reviewed empty accounts show zero and contribute to provisional unit and consolidated results. Unknown payments and missing sources remain visible; full reconciliation is still open.

READING PUBLIC PROPOSALS…
Community review runs on UNI-7. Juno proposals enter the mainnet deposit period only after the final review; mainnet submission remains locked until the exact transaction is simulated and reviewed.
Assign a category to each spending action. Categories describe planned spending; expenses are recorded only after a verified payment. Transfers between treasury accounts are not expenses.
Define what must be delivered, by whom, by when and who must confirm completion.
Planned: connect approved funding proposals to owners, budgets, milestones, evidence and a visible payment trail.
Explore the DAO structure, governance members and, in future, who takes responsibility for the work.

People and teams who actively contribute to this DAO will appear here.
We will define roles, responsibilities, permissions and assignments, and how they are connected to DAO decisions. No contributor records are connected yet.
Governance membership alone does not establish a contributor role, an assignment or additional permissions.
Explore asset snapshots, history and available transaction records for the selected DAO.
LOADING VERIFIED SNAPSHOT…
Value development with estimated market effects and holdings changes.
METHOD: Price effect revalues the opening quantities at closing prices. The remaining total-value change is classified as net treasury flow. Transfers between DAO-controlled Juno and Osmosis custody are consolidated and do not create an external inflow or outflow.
LP positions are shown as positions and valued from their proportional underlying reserves.

Provisional = reviewed transactions in the current snapshot. Partial = known receipts only. — = insufficient data.
Provisional income, expenses and operating result summarize the recorded transactions. They are not a guarantee of complete activity or reconciled balances. Own-wallet transfers, swaps, funding and market movements are excluded from operating income. Unpaid commitments are excluded from expenses.

CONNECTING TO GOVERNANCE SOURCES…

Pricing is checked automatically with name availability and before payment.
Opening purchases enables registration and renewal for everyone. Each change needs a separate review and Keplr confirmation. Pausing remains available if the price feed is unavailable.
Pending transactions are preserved across reloads. Check the outcome before trying again.
The network fee is shown in Keplr.
Search the DAO directory by name or address. To check a personal .neta name, open .neta name.

A personal .neta name identifies its current owner’s Juno wallet in compatible applications. Public contacts can be added to the profile. Validator ownership requires separate proofs.
DAO directory labels use name.dao.neta. These labels are not registered on-chain; DAO-authorized names and profile changes are planned.
Save people and DAOs here when wallet-linked contacts become available.

Keep your mainnet and testnet identities together in your profile.
Ownership proofs apply to the current name owner. A name transfer requires fresh proofs. Each testnet validator can support only one active link.
Contact information does not receive a verification badge. An operator signature confirms control of that operator address, not a person's identity.
A memorable identity for your Juno wallet.
The recipient accepts in their own wallet. The paid expiry is preserved; the previous owner's profile and proofs are invalidated.
Annual registration and renewal fees are loaded from the selected registry when you check a name.
Mainnet name fees go to the NETA DAO treasury. UNI-7 uses mock NETA and its own test treasury.
One active name per wallet. Renew for 1–5 years. After expiry, the name stops resolving; the previous registration can be renewed during a 30-day grace period. After that, it becomes available for registration again.
Before publishing, explain what changed and why. This note becomes part of the public revision history.
